As a seasoned entrepreneur with a proven track record of building, running, and successfully exiting multiple businesses—including a third-generation family-owned company. After leading the transition of our family business to private equity, I continued working closely with both private equity firms and corporate America, bringing deep expertise in growth strategy, operations, and long-term value creation.
Beyond business operations, I’m deeply passionate about leadership development, coaching and mentoring emerging leaders, and driving organizational growth from the inside out.
